All jewelry from Gypsea & Co is handmade with care and shipped thoughtfully from Gabriola Island, BC.

Where I Ship

At the moment, I ship within Canada only.

 

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped with Canada Post in a padded envelope to keep your jewelry safe while staying minimal and eco-friendly.

 

Processing & Delivery Time

I do my best to ship your order as soon as possible after purchase.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes about one week, depending on your location and Canada Post timelines.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

Tracking

Tracking is not available at this time. If you require tracking for any reason, please send me a message, and we’ll work it out together.

 

Responsibility

I am responsible for carefully packaging and clearly sending your order in a timely manner.
Once your package is with Canada Post, Gypsea & Co is not responsible for lost or delayed mail.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete—I can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can help you.

 

Handmade & Unique

Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Small variations in colour, shape, or texture are part of what makes each piece special and are not considered defects.

 

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Sustainability matters to me. I keep packaging simple to reduce waste, lower shipping costs, and be gentle on the environment.

While thank-you cards are lovely, I prefer to thank you directly rather than include extra paper that may be thrown away. Your support truly means a lot to me.
