Because of this, I keep my returns policy simple and transparent.

 

Returns

At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you have any questions before placing your order, I’m always happy to help.

 

Handmade & One of a Kind

Every piece is unique. Small variations in colour, shape, and texture are part of the beauty of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll do my best to make things right.

 

Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Gypsea & Co is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by Canada Post.

 

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
